The tuition rates below are for one month of once-a-week maintenance classes, and are due in full at the time of registration.

Annual Family Administration Fee
$30.00 per family is due upon initial registration and on your anniversary date, thereafter. The annual family administration fee is non-refundable.
Payment Options: Credit Card
For your convenience, we offer perpetual enrollment in our monthly maintenance sesions. Once registered, your class day and time are yours until you decide to stop. If you prefer Dolfin Swim School to charge a credit card, please enter that information on the online registration. The first payment for the classes is due upon booking and will be charged within 48 hours of registration. Subsequent payments will be automatically run on your credit card on the 21st of the preceeding month until you notify Dolfin Swim School that you would like to discontinue lessons, or that you would like to be excluded from the automatic payment plan.
Payment Options: Check
If you prefer to pay by check or cash you may pay your initial registration fees, and the subsequent monthly fees by mail or in the Dolfin Swim School office. The intial payment must be sent or delivered to Dolfin Swim School within 7 days of reserving the class for your swimmer. If the payment is not received in this time frame, we will assume that the swimmer will not be coming to their registered class and remove his/her name from the roster. Subsequent tution must be pre-paid by the 21st of the preceeding month (Ex. the March payment must be received by February 21st). We kindly ask that a credit card be kept on file, regardless of preferred payment method.

Cancellation Policy
- All Annual Family Administration Fees are non-refundable
- All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the start date of your swimmer’s class(es). Classes cancelled 72 hours or more prior to the start of classes will receive credit on their account, minus the family administration fee, to use toward future lessons.
- Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the start of your swimmer’s lessons is subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee per swimmer, per class. A credit, less the family administration fee and cancellation fee, will be applied to the customer’s account to use toward future lessons.
- Lessons cancelled during the originating two (2) month contractual agreement will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee per student, and no credit given to be used toward future lessons. The cancellation fees must be paid in order to be fully released from the contract and the agreed upon automatic payment program.
- Absolutely NO MONETARY REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
- We reserve the right to combine or cancel any class at any time. In the event that Dolfin Swim School cancels a class, you will not be charged any fees.
